Frequently asked questions
What condition are your items in?
Every item is pre-owned and sold as-is. We inspect and photograph each piece carefully, and note any visible wear, flaws, or imperfections directly in the listing.
How often do you add new items?
We're always out sourcing, so new pieces get added regularly. Follow us on Instagram or TikTok, or join our email list, to be the first to know when something new goes up.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, then shipped and typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days after that.
What's your return policy
Since our inventory is one of a kind and secondhand, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us at folliesthrift@gmail.com within 31 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
What if an item doesn't fit?
Since all our items are one of a kind and final sale, we're not able to offer exchanges. That's why we list measurements for every piece. If you're between sizes or unsure, feel free to DM us on Instagram or TikTok, or email us at folliesthrift@gmail.com before ordering and we'll help you figure it out.
